In addition to the accessible location, The Blackstone will provide guests with a beautifully designed mid century modern home with a large floor plan that includes two separate living rooms, comfortable beds and furniture along with a full list of amenities. The home also features a large fenced in backyard and outdoor seating which is perfect for enjoying the outdoors! Guest will have access to full home except the garage during their stay. Other things to note *IDENTITY VERIFICATION and PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide all reservations with damage protection of up to $1,500. This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Stays 30-59 nights will be required to pay an additional insurance premium of $305 directly on our website. Stays longer than 59 nights will be separately charged for damage protection extension at the rate of $130/30 days. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by Safely to complete an identity verification before your reservation date for any direct or VRBO bookings. *PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine.
