Nestled on a sprawling 5.6 acre estate in the foothills, this is the perfect refuge for family reunions, events or retreats, multi-generational gatherings, or any escape with friends. With 8 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and space to roam, it’s designed to feel like your home away from home. Bring your group, bring your pets (yes, pets are allowed in the basement unit!), bring your plans, let’s make your next getaway one to remember. On the mainfloor you'll find a living room/bedroom, 2 separate living rooms, a formal dining room, a beautiful chef's eat-in kitchen, and 1 full bathroom. The upstairs boasts 5 addtional large bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and half bath ensuite. The newly renovated daylight walkout basement unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a billiard table, a kitchenette, and a full bathroom. Interested in renting the entire property? Inquire here! There is a beautiful loft/studio unit in a separate building on property. All outdoor amenities are shared with this unit EXCEPT for the hot tub and fireplace which you have exclusive use of. Guest access Please note this is the owner's personal home and as such does have personal belongings in it. Anything sensitive will be locked away prior to arrival but regardless, we appreciate our guests being respectful of the space. You will have access to main house. Other things to note Please note correct pricing is based on correct guest count. Enhance your stay today! Add an early check-in ($75), grab a late check-out ($75), bring a second pet ($60 IF APPLICABLE), grab a pack-n-play for ($10), Interested in hosting a gathering/event? Ask us! Pricing is dependent on total guest count. FAMILY-FRIENDLY AMENITIES: While we love offering our guests amenities like a pack-n-play or high chair, we're not quite big enough to stock them at each of our properties yet. If you're interested in any of these please inquire to their availability and note a small rental fee to cover delivery, pickup, and cleaning after use will be charged. Pet Policy: We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Please note pets and animals (including service animals) are permitted in the two bedroom basement unit ONLY. STRICTLY enforced. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you! We ask for compliance in a few house rules: 🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya. 🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free. 🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use. 🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only. 🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance. 🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated. 🐶 Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word. 💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning. There is a $60 per pet fee for dogs (capped at $180 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use.
