On about 110m² of living space there is a living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet and kitchen with all appliances. In winter 2022/2023 the house was completely renovated and equipped with new furniture, new kitchen, new air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi. The space As part of the renovation, a new air conditioning system was installed. The appliances are located in the living room as well as in all 3 bedrooms. Upper floor: 1 bedroom with double bed 1 bedroom with single bed 1 bedroom with single bed Wardrobes in all rooms Adjacent to a single room is a very nice large balcony, from which you have a wonderful view of the tropical garden. From here you have access to the roof terrace. 2 bathrooms with glass showers Ground floor: Entrance area with built-in wardrobe Guest toilet, kitchen with all electric appliances such as dishwasher, oven with integrated microwave, large Fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc., the washing machine is located in the utility room. Living room: all furniture are new - armchairs, dining table, sofa (can easily be transformed into a double bed). The property size is about 150 m2. The terrace on the ground floor is directly connected to the garden and fits perfectly into the garden of the complex. Here, too, all the furniture and also the garden loungers are new. From the associated roof terrace with a brick BBQ, you have a beautiful unobstructed view. Of course, WiFi is available quickly and your parking space is right outside your entrance door. Guest access The pool of the complex speaks for itself: it is one of the largest in the Area – an island bar reached by a bridge offers a large Selection of drinks and snacks, so you won't lack anything!! Of course, there are plenty of loungers at your disposal for extensive sunbathing. Also available: outdoor showers and a separate toilet facility. There is also a shared barbecue area on the lawn and a free tennis court. Other things to note The holiday residence "Bella Luna" is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and popular holiday homes in all of Cala d'Or. Gardeners and diligent relief workers are constantly working and ensure that the garden is always cared for and maintained. You can easily walk to the beautiful harbor with its varied restaurants and bars and enjoy a glass of red wine in this way and admire the great yachts and boats. In Cala d'Or you will also find numerous supermarkets, boutiques, cafes, car and scooter rentals, taxis, post office, restaurants and say and write 7 bays (!!!) with fine white sand beach and beach bars.
