The Main floor offers living room, kitchen, dining area, morning room off the kitchen with a coffee bar, 1 Queen bedroom and a full bath. A wrap around deck is directly off the living room, dining room and kitchen giving you great views of the bay and direct access to the deck and outdoors! Upstairs this home offers 3 + bedrooms, and a full bath. The lower level offers a walkout basement which includes a wet bar, a game room, a lounge area with a sectional sofa (pull out sleeper) and a half bath. The home has a dock with 35' of usable dock space. There is a garage on the waterside housing water and yard toys including two kayaks for you to enjoy during your stay. This home is also pet friendly. Other things to note · If you are making this reservation within 24 hours of arrival please call for check in instructions. · Check-In after 4 PM. Check-Out by 9 AM* · Any fees associated with processing a credit card will NOT be refunded if you cancel your reservation. · Pets welcome. Pet reservation is required with a 2 dog maximum.
