The apartment is the perfect home away from home feeling. It is nestled in a quiet residential area and part of a 4 unit building on the first floor. The location is a 5 mins drive from Miami Beach, Oistins fish fry and the local life that Barbados has to offer. The Barbados Golf Club is 5 mins walking and a scenic space to relax and enjoy a meal or sunset drink. Whatever your reason for travel we aim to make your stay a comfortable one! The space We have created the perfect space to unwind and we want to share that with you! Furnished to a high standard the home is open plan lounge/dining and kitchen area. The living area has a large comfy sofa where you can relax or watch your favourite show on the 42" smart TV. The living room doors open onto the patio where you can enjoy your morning tea/coffee or a late evening drink in private. The kitchen is equipped with a 4 burner stove, fridge and all new appliances to make your stay comfortable. The 2 bedrooms are with ACs installed for your sleeping comfort. The units are eco friendly therefore bedroom doors need to be closed and occupied and the units will stay on as long as you wish. This is in place to allow us to offer the competitive rates we do while not compromising your comfort. There is a separate laundry room with a large family size washer and an outside drying area. Please also note there is a camera located at the front of the property for security purposes. Other things to note Pease note the check in and check out times. These are in place to allow cleaning to be performed at the highest standard for following guests. A late check out fee will be applied if you require and there are no guests checking in. We'll provide you with a toiletries starter pack including soap and toilet paper to ensure you have everything you need to at the start your stay, after which you can purchase your own supplies to replenish your stocks.
