Beautiful 4 Bedroom Lake Front House in Jim Thorpe's Bear Creek Lake Community! Relax on the spacious deck overlooking the quiet non-motor boat Bear Creek Lake. Swim from the private beach, or if you are feeling adventurous, take one of the four kayaks or two paddle boards supplied for your use during your stay. Two living areas, including the open concept kitchen, dining and living rooms, and basement rec room provide space to spread out. In the winter, we are close to all major ski areas. The space An open concept kitchen, dining and living room with great views of the lake is the perfect spot for the family to relax after a day full of activities. A separate downstairs living area with board games, TV and bar is a great place to hang out. There are four bedrooms with linens provided: -two rooms each have a queen bed -one room has a double bed -one has 2 twins The deck has two separate areas, a couch and chairs to relax in and a outdoor dining area that seats 6. All brand new for 2023. Guest access The whole house is yours to enjoy! We also have kayaks and stand up paddle boards for you to use in the 137 acre lake. There are public tennis courts inside of our community as well as access to the community pool and community clubhouse! There are 8 community passes in our home, they must be taken to any public amenities. There is 1 vehicle pass that is only required when parking at the community pool or beach area. Please be sure to put in your rearview mirror when visiting those areas. Not required for parking in the driveway at the house. Please do not take any of these passes with you after check out. Charges will apply for any passes not left in the home**
