Cabin sits on snowmobile trail (corridor 11). 5mi to BW, 12mi to Cannon, near Ammonoosuc River, short drive to quaint towns of Bethlehem Franconia Sugar Hill or Littleton. Heart of white mountains is best location for hiking, motorcycling, fishing, golf, skiing, snowmobiling or taking in all of nature’s finest. The space 3200sqft cabin on 3 levels. Main living level has kitchen, dining, wood burning fireplace living room, 2 king bedrooms & full bath. Upper level features master king bedroom w/private deck, full bath, as well as an open loft area featuring a custom log pool table and 2 twin beds ideal for children. The lower level has radiant heat to keep you warm, 1 queen bed and a set of bunks sharing the space as well as another full bath & laundry. Slider from the lower level leads out to a large fire pit w seating for 10 & the main level exits out to an oversized, covered porch featuring plenty of seating and a grill. The front yard is clear, large & level making it ideal for fun & games. Guest access Entire cabin outside of garage area and 1 owners closet which are owner’s space only. Other things to note We are dog friendly but and pet must be pre approved and the $150 fee paid. There are breed & size restrictions.
