We offer an ambience where you can experience a lot. Gardening is allowed, next door is a soccer and volleyball court, Sabel offers a small cinema. You can play board and dice games, watch deer and wild birds, go boating and much more. Garden furniture is available in the garden, bicycles can be parked, a parking space is available. Various Deutsche Bahn trains, as well as the S-Bahn Warnemünde-Güstrow stop in Schwaan, about 7 km away from the apartment. The nearest bus stop is 10 m away and another train station Scharfstorf is 4 km from the apartment. From there, an S-Bahn runs every hour to Rostock and you are in 12 minutes at Rostock Central Station. The A19 and A20 highways are a few minutes' drive away.
