Araucaria House is in a quiet area surrounded by nature, just a few meters from the beach and near Anaga Natural Park. Perfect for relaxing, surfing, hiking, or working remotely. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, bright bedroom, spacious sea-view living room, terrace, chillout room, and modern bathroom. Close to a bus stop and the Bajamar natural pools. The space The apartment is bright and spacious, decorated mainly in white tones with wooden details that create a calm and relaxing atmosphere — perfect for enjoying your holidays on the island. The terrace is large and offers a beautiful sea view, ideal for having a coffee or an aperitif with your travel companions. The chill-out area is perfect for watching the sunset, doing yoga, relaxing, or meeting up with friends. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, and in the living room you’ll find a dining table, a Smart TV, and a sofa bed that can be converted into an extra sleeping space. The apartment also includes a washing machine for your convenience. The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, and the bathroom has a 50-liter water heater — more than enough for a refreshing shower. We can also provide a crib and an infant chair upon request, free of charge. The apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2025, so all the electrical installations and home appliances are brand-new. Guest access You’re welcome to use the building’s terrace, the bay view and sunset from the top are truly amazing. To reach it, simply take the stairs all the way up. Other things to note The building has two entrances, one from below and one from above. The below gate is usually closed, we provide the key to it.
