A home meant for gatherings, spending time with friends and family and making lasting memories. The master bedroom features a king size bed, a full bath, a work station and 32" wall mounted TV. The other two bedrooms feature a queen bed and a full size bed respectively. A pullout couch will accommodates an additional two guests. Extra blankets are found in each bedroom and the closets include hangers for your convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, bakeware, dinnerware, drinkware, and utensils. The basement features a game room with a wall mounted 55" TV. The entire house is accessible to guests with the exception of a locked storage room in the basement and the garage. Driveway can accommodate 6 vehicles. Only one neighbor next door. This is a great rental if you value privacy, serenity and nature. Only ten minutes to downtown Lake Geneva and minutes from Lake Como private beach and boat launch. Great eateries within the Lake Como Beach Association. Short drive to Alpine Valley or Wilmot Mountain for local skiing. Lake Geneva is the birthplace of Dungeons and Dragons. Come visit Gary's Home, the birthplace of D&D or spend a day at the Dungeon Hobby Shop Museum. Beaches in the summer, Oktoberfest in the fall, Winterfest in the winter.
