Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire property. The cottage is located on a private road right along the water, providing a peaceful and secluded retreat. With a wooded area to the right and an empty waterfront lot to the left, you’ll enjoy both privacy and natural surroundings throughout your stay. Other things to note Blue Oar is nestled in a quiet, family-friendly community, so we kindly ask guests to respect the peaceful setting. The primary guest must be at least 30 years old. While we don’t allow after-wedding parties or large events, we’re happy to welcome up to two dogs with a $50 pet fee.
