Surrounded by local farm fields, this is the perfect spot to experience a quiet, rural atmosphere just minutes from Norfolk. 🏡 Outdoors & Views • Spacious Yard: A large, flat lawn with plenty of room for family yard games and for kids to run and play. • Cozy Decks: Two private decks (seating 2–3 comfortably) offer the perfect vantage point to watch the sunrise or sunset over the fields. • Farm Views: You can see our horses and goats grazing right from the house—a favorite for kids and animal lovers! 🚜 The Farm Setting Our home sits on a working hobby farm. Guests have full access to the house and the surrounding 1.5-acre yard. While the animal areas are separate, we are happy to schedule a time for your family to meet the goats and horses up close. We want your family to feel completely at home with zero interruptions. 🚜 Visiting the Animals While you’ll have a great view of the horses and goats from the house, their enclosures are separate for their safety and yours. • Meet & Greet: We love introducing our animals to our guests! • How to Book: If you’d like a hands-on farm experience—like meeting the goats or a horse riding session—just send us a message. We’ll coordinate a time to personally host your visit to the farm side of the property. 📍 Boundaries The guest yard boundaries are clearly marked, giving your group plenty of private space to play and relax while keeping the farm animals' areas secure.
