Welcome to our Florida oasis! Located in the quiet community of Auburndale. Our extremely comfortable and private home has 1 master suite, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with a beautifully lit and enclosed pool. The secret garden provides plenty of outdoor space around the pool with colorful foliage ideal with shade for a sunny, relaxing hideaway kind of day. The space Come take a dip in the refreshing pool or drink your coffee poolside while catching up on your favorite shows. The backyard space known as the “Secret Garden” has a privacy fence for your privacy, quiet and enjoyment. The property features a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house that sleeps 6 people making it perfect for a family or group getaways. Inside there is an open living layout complete with a living room set, dinning room set that sits 6 people, television with Wi-Fi…, and a fully stocked kitchen. Inside the fully stocked kitchen is a chef’s delight! Complete with pots, pans, silverware, Keurig machine, cooking utensils, tea pot, coffee maker and other small things that aid in a GREAT meal. The living room is furnished with a flat screen tv that allows you to live stream your entire channel line up from your phone or computers. Looking to work from home? The house internet is faster than getting a Florida sunburn laying in our Secret Garden. With the dedicated laundry room, everything you need from the detergents to the iron is stashed in one single place. You don’t have to collect various needed tools from different storage areas and putting everything away is much easier. There is also a driveway that can comfortably fit 3 cars with a motion sensor to help you on your way. The enclosed pool area is private and connected to the house surrounded by the “Secret Garden” and a privacy fence. There is a private patio and flat screen television for additional entertainment.
