Indoor Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Outdoor Quiet Hours: 8:00 PM – 9:00 AM Daytime Considerations: Please keep noise to a respectful level. Audio & Entertainment No Speakers: To maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood, the use of personal speakers (indoor or outdoor) is strictly prohibited at all times. Celebrations: The Okanagan offers many fantastic venues for celebrations. We ask that you enjoy these off-site amenities for parties and return to the suite for a quiet, relaxing stay. Property Care & Amenities Hot Tub Etiquette: If using the hot tub after 8:00 PM, please keep voice to a minimum. Protecting Surfaces: To keep our suite in top condition, please do not use tape, nails, or adhesives on any walls or furniture. Smoke-Free Environment: Our entire property (indoor and outdoor) is strictly non-smoking/vaping. Guest Conduct Alcohol Consumption: Please enjoy alcohol responsibly. Excessive use or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Quiet Enjoyment: We host guests who specifically come to enjoy the tranquility and spectacular views of our property. Thank you for helping us maintain this environment. Maximum licensed occupancy for Guest Suite is 8 Guests. ALL Guests on property to be registered on registration form. Only registered Guests are allowed on property. 2 Designated city registered parking spot on our driveway. Pool is part of the yard/patio area; anyone bringing children will be responsible for the care of their children around the Pool (seasonal), Pool cover, Hot Tub and patio area. Follow Pool and Hot tub risk and instruction signs posted to prevent injury. No children under 12 allowed in Hot Tub. No glassware outside or in Hot Tub/Pool, Polycarbonate drinkware's are provided Pool (seasonal) closes 8pm with cover installed. Hot tub closes 10pm. We are maintaining our amenities to highest standard and welcoming guests to Christal clear water in Hot Tub and Pool. You may see us inspecting HT and pool and performing maintenance sometimes, especially if your stay is more than 3 days, including watering the beautiful garden in hot days.
