Guest access This ground-floor unit is part of a four-unit complex and features a private patio where you can relax and take in the serene views of the sand dunes. Other things to note The laundry facilities are located in a separate building behind the house, featuring four full-size washers and dryers for your convenience. This home sits at the base of the sand dunes, about one mile from the nearest beach access. Pet-friendly with a $100 fee per dog, per stay (75lb max). Sorry, no cats! Dogs who are categorized as "dangerous" or "aggressive" according the ASPCA are not allowed. Please let us know if you're bringing more than one furry friend so we can add the appropriate pet fee, as the Airbnb website does not have a spot for us to add the fee for a second dog .
