Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with lake views and a private full bathroom with a standup shower and a soaking tub. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has a twin over full bunk bed. The two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a standup shower. The living room is spacious and has a large sectional couch, a beautiful stone gas fireplace, amazing views of the lake and a large 70 inch TV with Apple TV. The multi-tiered back deck boasts 180 degree views of the lake, an outdoor dining table, a sectional couch, a propane fire table and a newly added 7 person hot tub! Whether you love swimming, fishing, ice skating or relaxing. This home has something for everyone all year long! Our home is conveniently located close to: - Grocery Stores (Kroger, Meijer & Aldi) - Downtown Lake Orion - Polly Ann & Paint Creek Trails - Great Lakes Crossing Outlet Mall - Pine Knob Ski Resort & Music Theater - Several Golf Courses Summer Guests: -Lake Orion has a public boat launch and we do have dock space for our guests to tie up to, parking is limited so be mindful when bringing a boat trailer- it will need to fit in the 4 car driveway. -Boat rental is available via a third party -We do have two paddle boards available for guests to use. -Feel free to Bring your own kayak, paddle boards and fishing gear -If you are looking for another way to experience the lake there are some local boat tours that we can recommend Guests have access to most of the home with the exception of a few owners closets. Guests can use the hot tub all year round and they also have direct access to the lake with a shallow and sandy area for swimming. We live in the area and are available if our guests need anything. Our cottage is located on a quiet street and makes you feel like you are in northern Michigan. We have wonderful neighbors who watch over our home and we are also located close to the home if any needs arise. The home is located in a neighborhood and has parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. -Our cozy cottage was originally built in the 1920’s and has been beautifully updated and has a lot of character and charm. -The home is on a well with a water softener system and reverse osmosis in the kitchen. -The home is on a small lot with close neighbors on both sides. -The lots across the street with the garages belong to our neighbors - our guests are not permitted to use their driveways or yard space for any reason. This includes their docks and floating rafts. -Many stairs are required to get down to the Lake. - We have the house treated regularly but It’s a cottage on the water and at certain times of year you may encounter bugs and insects in and around the home.
