Welcome to Serenity Log Inn — a cozy 1930s log cabin nestled among the trees just one mile from historic Kimmswick and about 25 miles from St. Louis, with easy access to major highways. Filled with rustic charm and modern comforts, the cabin is thoughtfully prepared for a relaxing and private stay. The kitchen is stocked with breakfast items to help you settle in and feel at home. Please see "Interaction with guests" section for additional details about the property and your stay The space There is a $30.00 fee for use of woodburning fireplace to cover Firestarter, wood, maintenance and set up, plus, $18.00 fee first use to cover clean up. Due to infestation of insects, no outside wood allowed. 24 hour notice required Guest access Serenity Log Inn is a single level with one step to access the rear entry into the kitchen. Other things to note Air mattress can be inflated using a small hair dryer located in the bathroom vanity. Host and her husband live on-site in separate lower-level quarters with a private entrance. Guests have their own private entrance and full use of the cabin guest space. We respect guest privacy and we are available by text if needed.
