Entered by way of its own private front door and benefitting from air-conditioning for added comfort during Venice’s warmer months, Ca’ Belle Arti has a hallway on the ground floor (off which is a handy laundry room with washing machine) and a short staircase leading directly into an attractive open-plan main living space on the level above. The space Refreshed in 2016 to bring it bang up to date and attractively presented in cool, classy colours, the living area has broadband internet connection for keeping in touch and incorporates a well laid out sitting area with a new sofa and double sofa bed, a fitted kitchen with all the necessary appliances for easy self-catering and a dining area with ample seating as part of the kitchen. Just off this room is the bright master bedroom which has tall ceilings, warm wooden flooring and two large windows allowing in plenty of light and which also features ample storage, a comfortable double bed (which can be made into two singles - simply ask when booking) and an en-suite bathroom with modern shower and the latest fittings. The second bedroom with double bed is smaller (though also very comfy) and nestles quietly to the rear of the house, while the apartment’s second bathroom conveniently placed towards the middle of the apartment features smart marble tiles, up to date accoutrements and a bathtub with shower over. A great all-rounder of an apartment peacefully placed in one of Venice’s nicest locations. Other things to note ALL VIEWS ON VENICE RATES, IRRESPECTIVE OF LENGTH OF STAY, ARE FULLY INCLUSIVE OF ALL UTILITIES* - gas, electricity, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, welcome on arrival and check-in up until 8 p.m.** are all included, as are air-conditioning and internet access if available at your chosen apartment. And while the Venice Tourist Tax €4,00 per person per night*** is an extra, there are NO HIDDEN CHARGES. Rentals of over 7 nights also include a weekly bed linen and towel change during your stay. * Telephone charges, where applicable, are extra. ** Our check- in time is from 15:00 up to 20 :00 ( arrivals before 15:00 can be organized upon request). Arrivals between 20.00 and midnight incur an arrival fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival.
