With the quickest access to the pool and beach, this tastefully decorated villa is perfect for families or groups looking for a relaxing beach getaway. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the comfort of your fully furnished private balcony. Features: Living Area: The spacious living room features ample seating, a large flat-screen TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows with ocean views. The sliding glass door opens up to a furnished private balcony where you can relax and take in the view. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for three. It’s the perfect place to cook a meal while enjoying the ocean view with family and friends. Bedrooms: Primary Bedroom: Oceanfront master bedroom with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and private access to the oceanfront balcony. The bathroom includes double sinks and a glass-tiled walk-in shower. Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed with an attached bathroom for added convenience. Third Bedroom: Queen-size bed, shares a bathroom with the twin room. Fourth Bedroom: Two twin beds, perfect for kids or additional guests. All rooms have flat screen tv's.
