The villa is located in a natural setting in the Tarragona town of La Bisbal del Penedés. It has many pleasant corners to enjoy as a family in its large outdoor area, where both adults and children can have fun outdoors. The beaches of Comarruga and Roda de Berà are just 15-20 minutes away. You can take advantage of the good weather and Mediterranean atmosphere, and taste the wide variety of gastronomic offerings that the area offers. Don't forget to enjoy a good paella, with a good local wine, on one of the terraces at the foot of the beach overlooking the sea! The villa has a large outdoor garden area, a 12-meter-long swimming pool and a covered barbecue with a large table and outdoor parking area. It also has terraces with tables and garden views. The house consists of three floors: On the first floor, which is on the street, there is a spacious living room with access to a covered terrace. There is also a large fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you may need. And a nice double room, with bathroom and a large round bathtub where you can relax. The second floor is distributed by three exterior bedrooms, two of them with two single beds and a double bed. It also has a large bathroom with a bathtub. Below the first floor we will find the laundry area and a bathroom with shower that is located a few meters from the pool. Guest access The accommodation is totally exclusive for guests. You won't share any areas with anyone else. One set of sheets per bed and one set of towels per guest are provided at the beginning of the stay. If you want a change of sheets and/or towels during your stay, you can request it as an additional service and it has an extra cost. Housekeeping is not included during your stay. If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, you can request it as an additional service and it has an extra cost. Pool maintenance is done weekly by qualified personnel. The coffee maker is Dolce Gusto capsules. Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided. The staff in charge of handing over the keys will NOT HAND OVER the keys until this process is fully completed. The TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat de Catalunya is €1.00 per adult per day (and a maximum of 7 days of tax) (children under 17 do not pay). RESPONSIBILITY Booking the house implies acceptance of the house rules. Please read the property rules that will be posted carefully. No parties or smoking inside the apartment. For irresponsible behavior, the owner may ask guests to leave the house immediately, without the right to compensation or refund. It is forbidden to use the house with more occupants than the house's capacity. Guests are responsible for the proper care of the house during their stay and agree to return it in the same condition in which the house and its equipment were found, except for appliance repairs or reasonable wear and tear of the house. If there are any defects in the house, please notify us immediately and we will try to fix them as soon as possible. Guests are not responsible for the final cleaning, but they must leave the house in good condition, the kitchen tidy, and the garbage in the street containers, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged. CHECK-IN Check-in time is from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. All arrivals between 9:00 pm and 11:59 pm will incur a surcharge of €50. Arrivals after midnight must be communicated in advance and will incur an additional charge as appropriate. The person responsible for check-in will wait at the house to hand over the keys and explain how the facilities work. If for any reason you are unable to arrive at the agreed time, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid waiting. Losing keys will incur a surcharge of €75 for each set. IMPORTANT: If due to the guest's forgetfulness or negligence, a locksmith has to be called to open the property's door, the expenses will be charged to the guest, through a request for money via Airbnb.
