The space Living rooms: The living room is furnished with a lot of love for detail. On the sofa landscape you can enjoy beautiful community and film evenings. There is also a good selection of books but also board games to beautify the days. There is also a dining table with four chairs in the living room. The sofa in the can be pulled out so that 2 people can sleep there (width 1.40 meters). If that is too tight, a guest bed is available. It is fully equipped for 4 people (coffee machine with beans, dishes, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, induction cooktop, pots, kettle, toaster and much more). Sauna & Plunge Pool: There is hardly anything more beautiful than 2-3 sauna sessions that are refined with a walk into the plunge pool. Regarding the use of the sauna, all necessary information is in the guest folder. Shower towels are provided. There are about 50 different sauna scents available, so there is certainly something suitable for everyone. The cost of using the sauna is 30 euros per person for 3 hours. For every extra person there is a surcharge of 10 euros. The spacious sauna with a 10.8 kw stove and the wellness room are completely new and very nice and high-quality furnishings. Parking and entrance: A very large parking lot is available. The separate entrance to the apartment is via the gate (next to the street lamp) on the street via the terrace. So there is even more privacy. Patio: A private terrace area with 4 chairs and a table is also included. You are welcome to bring a grill or rent a Weber gas grill (for a fee). Guest access Garden: The terrace is protected with a privacy screen from the other half of the house. The garden can be shared. In the garden, next to the sandbox and the trampoline, there is a beautiful pond with wonderful fish, as well as a stream running into the pond, which invites you to dream. A larger fireplace is also included which can be used. Washer and dryer: In the basement of the house there is also a washing machine and dryer that can be used free of charge. Just let us know if needed. High-quality e-bikes: E-bikes can be rented for a daily fee. Beautiful tours around the moor and the Wiehen Hills are possible. Bicycle trailers for children are also available. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed in the house. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
