In addition, it allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio. GUEST VERIFICATION SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations. TRUST & SAFETY The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee include up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury. The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $88 fee is collected at the time of payment and labeled as "Trust & Safety Fee" or "Management Fee." NIGHTLY PRICING Our goal is to provide each guest with a beautiful stay at a great value. Therefore, the nightly price has been pre-discounted based on the market value of your requested dates. EXTRA GUEST FEE For groups of more than 15 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 16th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count. As a result, you can rest a bit easier when staying with ABODEbucks. HOUSE RULES This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans. ✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old ✔ Pets are not permitted on the property ✔ No smoking inside the home ✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation ✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party ✔ Quiet time is 10 pm - 9 am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours. ✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10 pm ✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures.
