This ranch-style home features no stairs, and offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large open living-room and kitchen with separate dining area and coffee bar. Enjoy your private Sparkling heated pool, completely screened in, for all day enjoyment, in addition to another separate screened in back patio with ample seating and a luxury 6 chair table with firepit. Plenty of screened in outside dining and relaxation for the entire family. Please notify us when booking if you want pool heat activated for your stay. Pool heat is $20/day + applicable taxes. Bedrooms features top quality mattresses and linens, 3 King beds and one Queen + sleeper sofa to accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. Master bedroom – King Bed with full walk-in shower with double sinks Second bedroom – King Bed Third bedroom – King Bed Fourth bedroom – Queen Bed 2nd bathroom with large shower tub also with double sinks Kitchen comes fully equipped for cooking and eating all meals at the home and features new appliances.
