Enjoy the incredible ocean views from 2 oceanfront balconies in this inviting and spacious four bedroom condo in Wild Dunes. New to the rental program, this 2700+ square feet two level condo has spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, beach, and beautiful pool. This is a perfect spot for family vacations and golf trips. This beautiful condo is located in the Ocean Club condo complex, considered by many to be one of the nicest in the Wild Dunes Community. Gated grounds with guard control during the day, elevator access and a semi private beach provide desired tranquility and relaxation. Guests have full access of the onsite pool, outdoor grills and nature walking trails. A community hot tub with spectacular ocean views is secluded among the magnificent live oaks. Pool and hot tub facilities are open year round. It is within walking distance to the two local golf courses (The Links Clubhouse and Harbor Course) and a short 30 minute drive from many of the historic sights and fabulous restaurants located in and around Charleston. As you enter, there is a large hallway and to the left there are stairs up to the top floor master suite bedroom with a private, oceanfront balcony, jetted tub and walk in shower. This master bedroom has a King bed, 1 bunk bed (double sized beds), TV, and not to mention the incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean! Back downstairs there is a twin bedroom with it's own bath, perfect for kids. There is a queen bedroom with a hall bath. The second master bedroom is also oceanfront with private access to the second, oversized balcony that spans across the living room as well. There is a king bed, TV, and a private master bath also has a jetted tub, double vanity and walk in shower. The kitchen has bar-stools and a dining room table with seating for six. With an open floor plan you can enjoy the ocean views from almost anywhere in the home. *Please Note: Absolutely No Pets or Golf Carts are permitted on the property. No Smoking inside the unit! Fines will be assessed. A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 3 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 30 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time. ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), BATH TOWEL SETS, & BEACH/POOL TOWELS (10) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival. Guest access The entire condo and porch. The pool and beach access are shared with other guests and owners of The Ocean Club Villas. Other things to note Please note: There is a property management company chosen by the homeowner and requires that their rental agreement be signed prior to occupying the property. This agreement will be sent after a reservation is made along with other helpful rental info for your stay. Cancellation Policy: Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Travel insurance covers every guest scheduled to come on the trip. Please call us for more information or visit our website for detailed plan information. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited. Power/ weather related cancellation: We do not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires. Additionally, we will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
