As a new property, we offer a unique stay you won’t find anywhere else in the area. ***Minimum Night Stay Requirements*** • May 1 – June 19: 1 night (weekdays), 2 nights (weekends) – Memorial Day Weekend: 3 nights • June 20 – August 7: 3 nights – Any stay including July 4: 5-night minimum – Labor Day Weekend: 3 nights • August 8 – September 30: 2 nights • October 1 – December 31: 1 night The space Welcome to our brand-new property, where modern luxury meets the charm of the Bemus Point area. We offer a spacious suite with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Our unit boasts stunning views of Chautauqua Lake from its prime location, just steps away from the water's edge. Our suite is located on the 2nd floor, and is 400 Sq. Ft. The suite features full kitchens equipped with high-end Whirlpool appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The suite features two flat-screen TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, central air conditioning and heating for your comfort, and private entrances with keyless. One dedicated parking space per unit is included. Our suite offers a view that overlooks the lake and the local attractions. So whether you're here for a winter adventure or a summer getaway, our property is the perfect year-round rental in the centre of the Chautauqua area. Guest access When you book a stay at our property, you'll have access to the entire 2nd floor, where our spacious suites are located. Each suite features modern luxury amenities to ensure your comfort and enjoyment during your stay. Please note that our property is multi-use, with a wine bar/restaurant and bakery located on the first floor. These areas are open to the public, but we welcome our guests to enjoy the delicious food and drinks offered. We take great pride in ensuring our guests have a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
