You'll see blue heron and bald eagles fishing, and seals and otters swim up regularly to the private dock. The South facing sunny deck is perfect for watching the sunset over the calm inlet. The space The B&B is a charming island designed home, with 3 bedrooms, an extra loft sleeping space, cozy TV area, and downstairs rec room with ping pong table and fitness centre! Enjoy the great selection of board games, puzzles and books with friends and family. There are public walking trails closeby, the golf course is a 2 minute drive, Salt Spring Wild Cider is a 10 minute walk, and town (Ganges) is only a 5 minute drive. Come and enjoy a city escape to this beautiful peaceful home away from home! Guest access Guests will enjoy full access to the home, large deck and private dock with a fire pit. We provide a propane insert for the months when there's a fire ban. We provide 2 kayaks and life jackets to enjoy the water! We're happy to welcome guests! We operate as a private home-based B&B in accordance with the local zoning and bylaws of Salt Spring Island. We're here to offer assistance with anything you may need but also respect our guest's desire for privacy. Other things to note ***Please note: The property/B&B owner lives year round in the home but stays in an RV on the other end of the 3.75 acre property when the home is booked to ensure guests can enjoy complete privacy and also be close by to provide optional breakfasts and assistance.
