We are kid friendly and there's plenty of area to wander or explore! The two upstairs rooms are huge and a great place to snooze or watch a movie. There is also a nice downstairs bedroom too! Everything in this house except for a few antiques is bran spanking new and selected for your comfort and relaxation. The living room is also large and spacious. The full kitchen has everything you need to cook and a large gas stove. The dining room is big and sits 8 people. The BBQ is new and full of propane. The beauty of this home and property is the actual volume of open space in the home and outside. The property is 4.25 acres, and you can walk down the driveway in the redwoods and look down into the hollow below. There is a grassy lawn in front of the house to kick your shoes off and get some sun or you can jump on your computer with fast WIFI. The laundry room has Electrolux washer and dryer and if you need more towels there are plenty in there. If you want to head to the beach, go south a mile and turn left to Anchor Bay Beach. An annual pass will get your car, kids, kayaks and dogs into the parking lot. There are also plenty of places to fish on the Gualala River. Relax outside on the wrap around deck. Have a hot tub in the cool evening fog right up on the deck just steps from the back door. Snuggle up with a throw blanket and watch a movie in the living room. It is warm here in the day, but cool at night. Beautiful foggy mornings to have coffee or breakfast, while you wake up for your day.
