To stay in this house it´s necessary for the guest to send us the information indicated below in "other aspects" section. Mi casa es su casa! The space The house offers 4 bedrooms, 1 staff bedroom, 5 full bathrooms and a half bathroom (powder) to comfortably fit 16 people. 11 people fit in beds and additionally there are 5 sleeping pads. MASTER BEDROOM: Located on the second floor with a king size bed, 2 large walk-in closet (one of them is equipped with a mini bar and a coffee maker), full bathroom, electrical curtains and a jacuzzi in it´s large balcony with a stunning view of the lake and golf course. Inside the bedroom you will find a 75’’ TV with Sonos sound system that works as a home theater and also you can connect it to your phone. BEDROOM 2: Located next to the master bedroom with a view to the golf course from it´s large balcony. Equipped with two queen size beds, one full bathroom, electrical curtains and a walk-in closet, an office desk, as well as a 60’’ TV with Sonos sound system that works as a home theater and also you can connect it to your phone. BEDROOM 3: Located also in the second floor with a view to the golf course. Includes a king size bed, full bathroom, electrical curtains, walk in closet, office desk and a 62’’ TV with Sonos sound system that works as a home theater and also you can connect it to your phone. BEDROOM 4: Located downstairs with a view to the golf course. Equipped with a king size bed, full bathroom with hot tub, a walk in closet, office desk and a 55’’ tv with Sonos sound system that works as a home theater and also you can connect it to your phone. KITCHEN: Fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, gas oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, a wide refrigerator, tableware and a large breakfast bar for 7 people. DINING ROOM: With a dining table for ten people and service stored next to it. LIVING ROOM: In this area you will find two large sofas, enjoy watching the 65” TV with Sonos sound system that works as a home theater and also you can connect it to your phone. This area has lake view. SECOND LIVING ROOM: In this area you will find two large sofas and a couple of chairs. This area has lake view too. TERRACE: With a 10 m long x 5 m wide pool, BBQ grill, 8 sunbeds, outdoor dining table for 8 people and a small living room for 5 people. LAUNDRY ROOM: Equipped with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing equipment and a closet. PARKING: With wide roofed parking space for 3 cars and not roofed space for another 3. Guest access SPORTS CLUB: Includes a professional size pool, kids pool and games area, gym with lockers, showers and sauna, yoga salon, spinning, billiards, ping pong, basketball, tennis, squash, pickleall, shuttleball and bocceball courts PRIVATE BEACH CLUB: Located 1 km away from the house including a pool, restaurant and bathrooms with towels and showers. Note: For an extra fee Sports Club and Private Beach Club are only available for guests who stay at least 2 weeks , as long as required info is sent. On the other hand, guests who stay less than two weeks cannot use Sports Club and Private Beach Club. GOLF CLUB: With golf course view restaurant and Spa treatments. Positioned 10th in the best golf courses list of México. Equipment and golf tee times can be booked at the front desk, via pone or in El Tigre Golf Club website. Note: Guests can use the Golf Club no matter the amout of days they stay. It´s prices are not included in rental fee. Other things to note For condominium security policies we require the following data. - Full name of all guests: - ID photos of every adult: The registration of guests or occupants only has effect for administrative and security purposes of the condominium. All information received will be treated in accordance with the federal law on the protection of personal information.
