Freshly remodeled townhouse on a quiet cul de sac a few feet from Mountain Golf Course, a mile to beach, and 500 ft to Diamond Peak Shuttle or 2 mi by car. A great place to relax, unwind, and still be minutes from Tahoe's beaches, ski resorts, casinos, hiking and biking trails. The space Sleeps 8 comfortably. Twin over double bunk bed in 4th bedroom has TV and Xbox for the kids. Located in a safe and quiet cul de sac. Unit has garage and adjacent parking spot. Other things to note A BBQ grill is provided on the deck adjacent to the kitchen area. Although we typically have propane available, it is the guest's responsibility to confirm there is enough to meet their needs. A small outdoor furniture set (coffee table, love seat, chairs and end tables) is located on the deck off of the main floor. This furniture and other pieces of furniture on other decks are subject to outdoor conditions.
