Saltwater deteriorates metal. you may also see dust or debris on the balcony as there is construction in the area & it gets dirty quickly. The space This newly and fully furnished beachfront townhouse features marble floors downstairs. The master bedroom with private bathroom featuring a jet spa tub and a large balcony. The unit has a brand new washer and dryer in the downstairs bathroom. Please be aware that the ocean waves can be loud at times. Work space in second bedroom furnished with new desk and chair. IMPORTANT HOME NOTES The downstairs patio door latch was impacted by recent storms. For your security, we have provided a locking stick that can be used to securely fasten the patio door from the inside. Our home is located in a beautiful part of Malibu that is actively rebuilding following recent natural disasters. Some neighboring homes are currently under construction, but it has not been noisy and is generally not disruptive to our guests’ experience. Our property is professionally cleaned before each arrival, and we take great pride in maintaining a high standard. That said, being right on the beach, coastal conditions and nearby activity can sometimes bring in light dust or debris—especially on outdoor spaces like the patio—even shortly after cleaning. As the community continues to rebuild, utility interruptions are uncommon but may occasionally occur. We’re grateful to be part of such a resilient and recovering community, and many guests still find the location peaceful, relaxing, and truly special.
