With one king bed, two queen beds in a bunk bed set and a hide-a-way sofa, this little gem will accommodate up to 8 people. The hot tub awaits you! The space Finally, you have that time away, and you are looking to relax sitting on a porch listening to the river flow by and having a cup of coffee. Perhaps you are seeking the wonderful fresh smells of the mountains? Sit on the porch with friends and a glass of our local wine. Sink into the relaxing spa tub, located on the lower balcony, after a day of hiking or shopping! At River's Rest you have all the conveniences of home with plenty of living room seating, a gas log fireplace and a television on the mantel. The kitchen boasts of full size appliances, including a dishwasher. Choose the standard 12-cup drip or the Keurig one-cup coffee maker. There is a washer and dryer for convenience. The dining area has chairs for six guests with more seating on the porch at the pine table with benches. The rocking chairs, glider settee and tables are an Amish wood design. Upstairs, you will find the two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed and a private bath with a walk-in shower and a jetted garden tub. There is a corner wall-mounted television, too. The guest bedroom has a set of bunk beds with queen size mattresses on both top and bottom. The bunk room has a small television. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. With the sofa bed, this little gem will accommodate up to 8 people. The upstairs porch has a hammock and two hanging egg swing chairs for relaxation. A short walk puts you in the downtown area with many options for dining. The walk back to the property is a lovely path along the river. If you are planning all of these relaxing moments, then Rivers Rest is the place for you. This is a pet-friendly cabin and a one-time per-pet fee will be added if you bring your dog. The pet fee that will be added to your reservation is $75 + tax. Only one dog weighing 70 lbs maximum is allowed. • Minimum Age Requirement: Rivers Rest is available to families or to guests 21 years or older. • There is strictly no smoking inside or outside at this property. • Parking: Space is available for 2 vehicles. • Access: The roads are paved all the way to the property. The driveway is not suitable for low profile vehicles. • Pets: Rivers Rest is pet-friendly. Only one dog weighing 70 lbs maximum is allowed. • Location: 0.7 miles to downtown Helen Other things to note Georgia Mountain Rentals will be in contact with you to ask for your physical address and email address. Airbnb only shares your name and phone number on the reservation. Once we have the addresses, we will send you a Reservation Confirmation and our Guest Agreement in the form of an Adobe Sign document. We will ask for your signature in a couple of places, a guest list with the names and ages of each person staying at one of our properties and a copy of the front of your driver’s license. This confirms that you have read and accept the terms of our Guest Agreement. This is standard procedure and mandatory for all reservations.
