A large front deck is for hanging out or dining al fresco under our 70' Sycamore trees. We just added 2 Monterey Bay Aquarium passes, a $120 value. Being one with nature is a big part of staying at our home. We have beautiful wildlife all around. Listen to the call of hawks and the buzz of the hummingbirds. We have also added an amazing 2-man hot tub. It does require a $10/day fee to heat it, with some other requirements related to safety and cleanliness. You have the whole property to yourself. This is a single family home with a fenced in yard that's great for kids and dogs. I live out of town. This is the most coveted neighborhood in the Valley. Amazingly quiet, right by the river, walk to town, tons of restaurants and wine tasting and parks. Park on the property. Walk to town. We have just added a hot tub. This is for adult use only. NO children (under the age of 14) are allowed in the hot tub, at all, for safety and sanitary reasons. I do charge $10 a day extra to heat the hot tub. You will get a message about 10 days before your arrival asking if you agree to the requirements for the hot tub and if you want to use the hot tub.
