The villa, fully renovated inside and outside, sits on a unique private beach leading to the beautiful shallow Bay. Ten Bay is located in central Eleuthera on the Caribbean side of the island, close to Palmetto Point. It is excellent for swimming, kayaking, and snorkeling. The water is calm and shallow with a clean sandy bottom. The beach is protected from rough waves and is well known for its clear water, which is excellent for children with a clean sandy bottom and shallow for a long way out. The space The house has two large bedrooms with a king-size bed, one with a bunk bed, two spacious bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen, and extra beds for larger groups. It can accommodate up to eight guests. There is a large deck/balcony on each floor. On the first floor, you will find the main bedroom with a king-size​ bed and a soft mattress topper; a second bedroom with a twin bunk bed. A large bathroom with a ​shower​and an additional​ living area with two twin beds. A laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. The second floor has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwashing machine, pots, etc.), a living room, one full bathroom with shower, and one bedroom with a king-size​ bed with a soft mattress topper. There is a ​large deck/balcony overlooking the bay. The house offers all the amenities​ required to experience​ a perfect Home Away from home. With a large selection of movies and a ​full entertainment​ center,​ you will enjoy every evening at the house. We have a satellite TV with a home theater & stereo system, DVD player, Stereo and WIFI internet. A Tiki Hut umbrella​ is by the water on the small private beach on the property, and a second umbrella is on the cliff with a breathtaking view for unforgettable moments touched by the breeze. The villa is located on the Caribbean side of Eleuthera, about 10 minutes from the main restaurant in the area. (Tippy's Restaurant and Bar on Banks Rd - North Palmetto Point / Governor's Harbour) It is a quiet and private location. Palmetto Point is about four mlies. Governor's Harbour is about 15 min/10 mi from the property. Governor's Harbour Airport is about 40 min/18 mi away. North Eleuthera Airport (ELH) is at 1 hr 20 min, and Rock Sound Airport (RSD) is about 35 min from us.
