Description
Cosy Nook is a pretty chocolate box 500 year (grade2) thatched cottage in North Molton on the edge of Exmoor. There are exposed beams, inglenook and other quaint features. The raised rear garden offers al fresco dining. Sleeps 3 ( sorry no children under 12),one small dog is welcome. Location is perfect for exploring the delights of Exmoor (not forgetting the ponies and red deer), the dramatic cliffs of the north coast, RHS Rosemoor, Dunster Castle and the beaches of Ilfracombe and Woolacombe. The space There are 3 steps up to the front door. The lounge has a sofa, tv and dining table. There is an inglenook and low beams. The kitchen is very well kitted out. It has a hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron plus board ect. The double doors open out to the garden. Upstairs one bedroom has a king size bed (or twin beds) and the smaller has a single bed. Both rooms have wardrobe space, bedside cabinets with lamps. The bathroom consists of a shower, basin and loo. All towels and linen is included. The cottage is not wheelchair friendly, child friendly or dog friendly Guest access All rooms and garden Other things to note The ceiling beams are low. There is an oil fired burner in the inglenook is disconnected as unfortunately the insurance will not cover this due to the thatch. Parking is in front of the house
