The space Centrally located just steps away from the pool, fire pits, and play area at Crescent Park as well as Seabrook's charming Town Center, Shore to Please and carriage house, Shore'Nuff, will provide a relaxing getaway with family, friends, and well-behaved fidos! This home and carriage house sleep 12-14 guests comfortably, complete with memory foam mattresses and clean, quality linens. Shore to Please is "good dog" friendly and provides a fully fenced yard for their comfort and your peace of mind. For your planning purposes, the main floor has a lovely kitchen, fully stocked to accommodate the chef in the family including a Breville Espresso machine a large dining area and great room, complete with full Smart TV offerings, a half bathroom, and laundry. Upstairs, you will find a large primary bedroom, with king bed and ensuite bathroom, and two additional bedrooms, with queen beds, and a shared bathroom. For the kids or kids at heart, our third floor has 4 twin captain beds, complete with media and game room area to provide entertainment space for the whole family. In the carriage house, Shore'Nuff, you will enjoy a separate bedroom with queen bed and bathroom, as well as a beautiful open living area, with full-size sleeper sofa, and a cozy dining area, complete with fully stocked kitchenette. Every bedroom, as well as the carriage house, enjoys its own Smart TV. Shore to Please has been carefully decorated to provide a relaxing, modern coastal feel, complete with a unique live edge dining table, original works by northwest artisans, and comfortable furnishings. Enjoy morning coffees or evening wines while sitting in the front yard, enjoying the passers-by along the promenade, or while sitting in the spacious, fully fenced back yard, soaking in the afternoon sun. Your family will also enjoy the BBQ, gas fire pit, and hot tub as you relax after a full day exploring the beautiful coastline of Pacific Beach and Seabrook's many trails. For the shopper, you are steps away from all that Seabrook's Town Center has to offer: Market, Bakery, Frontager's Pizza, Koko's Modern Latin Restaurant, The Sweet Life, The Stowaway wine bar and bistro, as well as other cute shops and boutiques, with more on the way as Seabrook grows! Ask the pool attendant for assistance to be on your way to planning all kinds of games year-round! Items available for check out include, Badminton rackets, Bocce ball, Cornhole, Soccer balls, Horseshoes, Big Jenga and so much more. Please obtain a free parking pass from Guest Services when parking on the street. A rental agreement will be sent 2 days prior to your arrival date. It will need to be signed prior to check-in. Vehicle Charging Stations are located in the parking lot on Parkview Lane.
