Comfortably accommodating up to 30 people and isolated from neighbors (380 m), it will be ideal for your birthdays, company parties, teambuildings or family reunions in extraordinary conditions! With its 5 bedrooms, its room dedicated to parties and celebrations, the house offers a level of equipment that you will not find anywhere else! The space 🥰 So in love with the Ragonniere We love the indoor pool, of course! From January to December, it is the assurance of being able to organize a pool party, regardless of the weather conditions! And what a pleasure to swim with all your friends, sipping cocktails, whether it's sunny (the gate opens wide!), raining or windy! Outside, we love the huge terrace overlooking the farmhouse with a lovely view of the surrounding countryside! And the 100W sound system will allow you to go up to 110 decibels of nightclubs if you wish! Our location in the countryside, animal welfare, the risks of summer drought, as well as respect for the peace and quiet of our neighbors are our priorities. NB: The price displayed on Airbnb includes 16 people, at no extra cost. For large groups between 17 and 30 people, a surcharge of €30 per person per day applies. If applicable, contact us before booking so we can send you an adjusted quote. Finally, we require a security deposit of 1000 EUR in the form of a bank imprint (not debited) via our partner SWIKLY before the arrival of the group.
