The open kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances flows into the dining area, where the table seats 6–8 plus additional spots at the bar—perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. With space for up to 8 guests, the cottage offers two spacious main-floor bedrooms (one queen, one king with desk and Smart TV) plus a full bath and laundry. Upstairs, a large king bedroom includes a twin daybed with trundle, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bath with double sinks. Out back, the fully fenced yard is made for fun with a picnic table, gas grill, and private firepit for s’mores.
