No bathrooms or bedrooms: RV/van parking only. The space The perfect Mt Rainier base camp on a tranquil, private and spacious property to yourself. Make this your home away from home while exploring the Pacific Northwest. You’ll enter the U-shaped parking area and park near a covered and lighted picnic area. Hook up to water, electric, and septic service. There’s a large fire pit, horseshoes, a porch swing and plenty of fresh mountain air. Note: December 2024: the residence shown in photos has been removed, site leveled and gravel placed, creating significantly more space. Guest access U-shaped parking area and adjacent space, picnic shelter, horseshoe pits, fire pit and adjacent area. Ok to gather downed branches and sticks from around the property. Please do not go behind the fence or behind the residence. Don’t worry….there’s lots of room! Other things to note If you’ve ever wished for some space, privacy and a more natural setting when traveling with an RV or travel van, then you will appreciate this spot. It’s convenient to Mt Rainier and all that the area has to offer, yet you’ll feel like you’re in the forest. You can hear nearby Butter Creek, while listening to pops of camp fire as you relax after a day of exploring. This is will a true getaway. RV’s or vans ok, as long as your vehicle has a toilet.
