The Lake House is an independent 3 bedroom, 1 bath house with a serene view of a pretty lake. It is on a main road that will bring you to Nokomis Beach in minutes. Siesta Beach, Venice Beach are within a short drive. It is a block away from the Legacy Trail bike path. Enjoy seeing a variety of birds on the property including the ibis, heron, and snowy egret. The Lake House is the perfect location for sight seeing, shopping and enjoying the beauty of south Florida. The space Beautifully decorated and freshly renovated, the Lake House is located on a main road which gives you quick access to beaches, parks, restaurants, and shopping, with some audible road noise. Guest access The Lake House features a large shared yard and a couple of private outdoor seating areas where you can sit and enjoy the view and sunshine. There are six outdoor chairs which you can move around. Other things to note We allow well behaved dogs up to 40 lb. No cats, due to allgergies. The pet fee starts at $60 per stay.
