One additional bathroom on mid-level. 3 floors. Bottom level - 3 bedrooms with 3 walk-in private bathrooms. Master bath has 2 sinks. Each bed+bath has private heater. Middle level- living and dining area with fireplace, kitchen, guest bathroom. Top is loft with 2 twins. Common area- 2 outdoor hot tubs, pool, dry sauna The space Welcome to the cabin! You will have a wonderful time! RARE layout in which all 3 bedrooms have connected bathrooms for privacy, flat-screen TV’s in each bedroom with Netflix. Check-in instructions and access code will be sent 2 days prior to check-in. Please ensure that the guest count is correct and contact me if you plan to bring pets. Safe travels and I look forward to hosting you! Guest access Guests will have access to the on-site pool, hot tub, and BBQ/ patio by the pool (BBQ and pool available during summer only). Guests can do laundry inside the unit with our new washer and dryer. Other things to note Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with cable and Netflix. Master bedroom and living room have extremely large new mounted TV’s with excellent picture quality and sound system. Pets are allowed with approval; additional pet fee is required ($150 for the first pet and $75 for each thereafter). Unreported guest and pet fine is $500 per occurrence. Please ensure that the correct guest count is entered when booking and notify me via message to obtain pet approval after requesting to book. Refunds are not given for hostile weather, animal interactions, temperature extremes, changes in amenity status, etc. Please reconsider booking if you are unable to tolerate harsh climate conditions and other rapidly changing conditions that the mountains can bring. Our space is located in the sierra mountains. Though we treat the exterior to keep out pests including insects and mice, this is a reality of nature. A mouse may occasionally enter our home or any home in Mammoth Lakes. Our space may not be a fit for those who are extremely phobic of mice, insects, bears, and other wildlife. Amenities are not guaranteed and refunds are not given for changes in amenity status. Refunds are not given for trip issues - sometimes trip issues are encountered. We try our best to make this a great experience but cannot guarantee that things will go perfectly. Things may break and amenities may go out of service - this does not get you a refund! Book somewhere else if you’re looking for a place that will give refunds. Weather in Mammoth Lakes is unpredictable. We urge guests to purchase travel insurance or use a credit card that includes trip cancellation/ trip interruption insurance. We are not responsible for road closures due to weather and will not change our cancellation policy.
