Located within walking distance to downtown Bethany Beach, this house offers plenty of space both indoors and out. Relax in the large main living area equipped with a television, games, and ample seating, or enjoy the fresh coastal air from the front yard or the private screened-in porch. FLOOR-BY-FLOOR DESCRIPTION Main Level This convenient ranch-style home features an open layout designed for easy coastal living. The well-equipped kitchen includes an eat-in dining space with direct access to the screened-in porch for al fresco meals. For your convenience, there is a laundry room available for guest use. After a long day in the sun, rinse off in the outdoor shower—a local favorite for keeping the sand outside! (Please note: the garage is not for guest use). Sleeping Quarters The sleeping arrangements are all located on the main level. The Owner’s bedroom features a Queen-size bed and a private en-suite bath. Two additional guest bedrooms, each featuring Twin-size beds, share a full hallway bathroom. DISTANCE TO BEACHES Bethany Beach: 0.5 miles (Walking distance!) Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure. STARTER KIT 1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed. MISCELLANEOUS -The maximum occupancy is 8 people. -There is parking for 2 vehicles. -No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed. -Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. -Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it. -The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups under the age of 25.
