If you keep the blinds closed and the bedroom door open, the whole apartment will be cool. - The building heat is kept at 68 degrees in the winter months. If you need additional heat or heat during the summer, there is a baseboard electric heater in the bedroom. Guest access This suite is one of three total units in the same building.
