Park Side: Spend your time relaxing on the patio or walk to all activities of downtown Saugatuck The space Park Side Park Side offers supreme convenience. Located downtown Saugatuck, you’re just a short stroll from all the fine and casual dining establishments, boutiques, ice cream shops, live theater, the boardwalk, and much more. Park your car once and enjoy all Saugatuck has to offer. Just across the street, you’ll find Willow Park along the Kalamazoo River. This is a relaxing place to enjoy a picnic lunch, feed the ducks, and watch the boats float by. If you’re looking for the beach, stroll down to the Chain Ferry which will take you across the river where you can enjoy the Oval Beach, Saugatuck Museum, Mt. Baldhead, and hiking opportunities. Park Side offers an open floor plan with a large great room. The living area has a flat-screen TV, leather recliner, and leather sofa sleeper perfect for additional sleeping. The kitchen area offers a large workspace with snack bar seating for 2, a full-size refrigerator, and even a small dishwasher. This is perfect for a leisurely breakfast at home or a quick lunch break from the beach. The dining area has a round table perfect for 4. The queen bedroom is comfortable, bright, and spacious, and offers a window AC unit to keep you cool during the summer months. A full bathroom offers a shower/tub combo perfect for a relaxing bath or shower at the end of the day.  Park Side is comfortable and appealing… you’ll feel right at home! Please Note: This suite is one of three total units in the same building. Shared spaces and amenities between the neighboring units are the BBQ grill, the fire pit, and the furniture around the fire pit. Each unit has its own set of patio furniture for guest use; Park Side's patio furniture is located just outside the door. Please be respectful of other guests staying in the neighboring units by adhering to the quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Park Side is on the main level. There are no steps to get inside. The doorways are a bit more narrow than average and there is a standard bathtub. There is no central AC. There is a window AC unit in the bedroom during summer months and a fan for the living room. If you keep the blinds shut and the door to the bedroom open, the whole apartment will be cool. The building heat is kept at 68 degrees in the winter months. If you need additional heat, or heat during the summer, there is a baseboard electric heater in the bedroom. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and property, except the locked owner closet.
