Additionally, you can use any amenities provided at our home, such as the game room or swimming pool. You are welcome to park on the driveway or the street. Please make sure that you are not blocking the side walk. Roadside parking is free and allowed. This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 2023-4106.
