Custom countertops with stainless appliances for a high end experience. Master bedroom has a queen foam mattress, bunk room has two twin foam mattresses. Overhead loft has a King foam mattress topper on the floor. The living area sofa has a pullout full mattress. Sleeps 8 total. New Heat/AC pump for comfort. The space Quaint, cozy cottage roughly 640 sqft. Photos are accurate. Close to intown essentials and resturants. Centrally located to all that Maine has to offer. Enjoy kayaking, fishing and swimming with a short walk down the winding pathway to the waters edge. Mid September the town lowers the Lake for the winter but kayaking is still possible. Private entrance into the water with new dock,kayak and paddleboard. New firepit just off the deck overlooking the lake with live edge cedar picnic table. Sebasticook Lake draws down the water after Labor day for yearly maintenance, it resembles the coastline when the tide is out. Great for exploring. Guest access Private driveway with privacy fence for cottage with path to waterfront access with dock and kayaks Other things to note Newly installed internet with plenty of bandwidth. Centrally located for a wonderful time in Maine. Enjoy fishing,hiking,watersports etc. The Maine coastline with delicious lobster rolls is less than an hour away and there's plenty of other options for adventure. Lake Sebasticook is lowered by mid September for the winter but kayaking is still available if requested. There will be an additional pet fee for the week of $200 no more than two small dogs.
