The beach house has a beautiful tropical garden and a spacious private pool. Villa Ayu has its own cook and housekeeper. From the garden you can walk onto the beach (Kundalini Beach) and swim and snorkel in a 'private coral reef' in the calm Bali Sea. Our beach house is equipped with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. On the huge thatched terrace on the sea side you have a view of the Bali Sea all day long and you can enjoy the sunset in the evening, while you see the contours of East Java in the distance. The cook asks daily about your menu wishes. Our on-site supervisor comes daily and, if desired, organizes day trips with our own driver to the many sights within a short driving distance. At your request, we also provide transport to and from the beach house from/to the airport or elsewhere in Bali. Guest access The beach house, pool and garden is exclusively yours during your stay. Your cook and housekeeping will do their work very silently. Other things to note The high review score on Airbnb (score 4.82 * out of 5 * with 10 years of rental and more than 80 reviews) is exceptionally high and shows a constant appreciation and quality. Almost everyone of our wonderful staff has been with us from the start: cooks, housekeeping, gardeners, handyman, beach cleaning, local supervisor, night watchmen. Our permanent staff will also receive their fixed salary and health insurance for their family in full during Corona time. Our employees and their families live in the nearby village and live off these salaries. By renting the villa you are sponsoring two projects in the village: 1. an aid fund from which the personal contributions for medicines of the elderly are paid 2. a fund for the reuse of plastic as a building material: 'Ecobricks'.
