My place is close to family-friendly activities at the beach front pool, the nightlife of Jaco is less than 10 minutes from the house and beach is right out front. . You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood is great, beach front and gated. The pool where the bar/restaurant is located is great. The house has a Very large living area and seating for 16 at the table. The pool table is there to enjoy as well. . My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. The full house is open and available to use. The main kitchen and living room is on the second floor. There is also a kitchenette on the first floor. Access to the third story ocean view terrace is up the spiral staircase. At the heart of Hermosa Palms is the oversized walk-in beachfront community pool and clubhouse where you can lay in the water and watch the waves crash against crystal blue waters or a stunning sunset backdrop. The beachfront pool also has a swim-up bar for those in the mood of a tropical drink or beach fare dining. The community pool is a great area for socializing and relaxing and is the center of the community, an easy walk from all the houses and the community clubhouse and community pool is where you access the beach. Taxi's are 10 minutes to town/Jaco. Uber is sometimes available. Little Playa Hermosa is 3 minutes where there are restaurants and bars. The guards are happy to call them as well. Parking is in front of the house . I can arrange a transfer from the airport or refer you to a great car rental group (they will deliver cars to the house or you can grab from the airport).
