The patio features a couch 2 chairs and a great swing! There is a firepit perfect to sit around and roast marshmallows while enjoying great conversation with friends and family. There is a large dual propane and charcoal grill as well out by the pool. Layout & sleeping arrangements: • 1st Primary bedroom has a king size bed, 2 side tables, and a large 6 drawer dresser. This room has a 50inch 4K smart TV. The room has a large walk-in closet as well with hangers and a private bathroom attached. This bedroom is secluded and located away from the other 4 bedrooms. • 2nd bedroom queen size bed, 2 side tables, tall dresser, closet and private bathroom attached. This bedroom has a 45-inch 4K smart TV. • 3rd bedroom with 1 queen size bed,2 side tables, a tall dresser and a closet with hangers. This room has a 45inch 4K Smart TV. • 4th bedroom 2 bunk beds (twin over twin) TOP BUNK HAS MAX WEIGHT LIMIT OF 150, room has a 3-drawer dresser and closet. •5th bedroom has 2 bunk beds (full size mattress on the bottom twin on top) TOP BUNK HAS MAX WEIGHT LIMIT OF 150, 3 drawer dresser, and a private bathroom attached. • There is 4 full bathrooms total at this home. 100% privacy inside this home and the check-in process is fully automated. I am available via air b&b messages, phone call, or text but ask that you try and keep all communication between the hours of 6am-10pm if there is an emergency please call us regardless of the time! We are local so we are able to come to the house if needed. Very quiet and safe neighborhood perfect for taking a walk in the evening. Perfect for families looking for a peaceful place to stay. Shopping centers within 5 minutes of the house along with multiple grocery stores and restaurants. Car, Uber, or Lyft THE POOL IS SERVICED EVERY THURSDAY (will not need to enter the home but will go through the back gate to service the pool) Pool is also serviced prior to guest checking in. Please note we clean and service the pools multiple times a week but we cannot control nature (leaves,cold water, and weather, etc…) we leave a net at the property to skim the pool if leaves fall in. Please note the pool is not heated Property strictly sleeps 16 guests, we do allow visitors, but the number must be approved ahead of time, and they cannot exceed the maximum car limit. Visitors are not allowed to spend the night and anyone who spends the night must be listed as a guest on the reservation. We do offer free early check ins and late check outs, but they must be requested ahead of time and are NOT GUARENTEED. We will always try to accommodate when possible.
