Security Measures: - Our property is equipped with a security camera at the front, overlooking the walk, to protect our guests, staff, and premises. Any interference with our security equipment will lead to immediate eviction and forfeiture of your stay. - To ensure a peaceful coexistence, please be mindful of noise levels, especially as Twelve34 House shares the parking area, including the EV charger, with our neighboring rental, GloCabin. House Rules: - For the health and comfort of all our guests, smoking, vaping, and the use of fireworks or weapons are not permitted anywhere on the property. Similarly, pets are not allowed. - A charge of $350, plus any damages, will be applied for each breach of these rules.
