Guest access Exclusive private access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, with no shared spaces. During your stay, you’ll enjoy private use of the home, heated pool, alfresco entertaining areas, gym, steam room, rumpus room, garage, bicycles, surfboards and beach equipment. The 15m saltwater pool is heated during the cooler months, with heating outside these months available on request. Secure garage and driveway parking are provided, together with a 25kW DC fast EV charger. Other things to note Mana Beach House is located in a peaceful coastal neighbourhood and is best suited to relaxed, private stays with family and friends. Generous amenities Kitchen Three Smeg ovens, two Liebherr fridge-freezers, three dishwasher drawers, Breville espresso machine with whole coffee beans, Zip tap with chilled, sparkling and boiling water, commercial ice machine, butler’s pantry and a curated wine cellar available for guest purchases. Bathrooms Grown Alchemist hand wash, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, together with hairdryers in every bathroom. Laundry Miele washing machine and dryer with built-in premium detergent. Linen High-thread-count bed linen, plush bath towels and striped pool and beach towels are provided. Please let us know before arrival if you would like either sofa bed prepared. Sofa-bed linen is included at no additional charge for bookings of 10 guests or more. For bookings of nine guests or fewer, an additional linen fee applies if a sofa bed is requested. Family-friendly touches Two highchairs, children’s books and games are provided. Cots, prams and other baby equipment can be arranged through Hirehood. Guests, visitors and occasions Mana is designed primarily for relaxed, private stays involving registered overnight guests. Day visitors, additional guests, private chefs, caterers, wellness providers, photographers and other service providers require prior written approval. Suitable low-key occasions may be considered where arranged with us in advance and may be subject to additional conditions or fees. Unauthorised parties, events, visitors, hens or bucks gatherings, schoolies, DJs, amplified entertainment and after-hours gatherings are not permitted. Noise and neighbourhood Mana is located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood, and sound travels easily around the pool and outdoor areas. Outdoor music must be switched off by 8:00 pm. Outdoor noise must be kept to an absolute minimum between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am, with evening conversations and activities moved indoors. Weddings, elopements and commercial use Weddings, elopements, commercial photography, filming, brand content and location shoots require prior written approval before booking. An additional location fee of $1,500 plus GST per day applies. Pets Small, non-shedding dogs may be considered with prior written approval and payment of the applicable pet fee. Approved pets must never be left unattended at the property and must remain off beds, sofas, upholstered furniture and rugs. Guests must bring their pet’s own bed and bowls. Security and privacy External security cameras monitor the driveway, front entrance and rear entrance. An outdoor noise monitor measures sound levels but does not record conversations or audio. There are no cameras inside the house or in private guest areas. Special last minute/ small group rates Guests enjoy exclusive private use of Mana, with no shared spaces. For selected reduced-rate small-group stays, unused bedroom suites may remain closed; however, all living, entertaining, pool and wellness areas remain exclusively yours.
