You can conveniently park in your assigned spot in the underground GARAGE and take the elevator up to your front door, which opens to reveal welcoming wide wood plank floors and cathedral ceilings. The GREAT ROOM is a wide open space that allows for easy socializing, with an inviting LIVING AREA that has a spacious leather sectional sofa, a corner fireplace with stone detail, and a large HDTV. Huge windows with transoms allow plenty of natural light to flow inside and frame the mountain views perfectly. There’s also a glass door that leads out to your private patio area, where you’ll find a Weber propane grill. Back inside, the farmhouse-style dining table leads into the open KITCHEN, where there’s also seating at the large, central island. Elegant, dark wood cabinetry is set off beautifully with a gleaming tile backsplash and under-cabinet lighting. The full suite of deluxe appliances includes a gorgeous Viking gas range with a matching microwave/vent hood, a large stainless steel refrigerator, and an on-island dishwasher.
